Aplikasi Penjadwalan Produksi Berbasis Web Studi Kasus di Arumi Cake Rancaekek

Abstract

Abstrak - Arumi cake adalah sebuah toko kue yang berada didaerah Rancaekek yang didirikan oleh ibuibu PKK daerah Rancaekek yang menarik minat masyarakat untuk membeli kue. Proses produksi terjadi karena terdapat pesanan kue oleh pelanggan, sebelum melakukan proses produksi kue. Bagian produksi akan menentukan dan menghitung biayabiaya seperti biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, biaya bahan penolong, dan overhead pabrik. Kue diproduksi apabila terdapat pemesanan yang masuk. Permasalahan yang dialami pada bagian produksi yaitu pertama pada proses produksi tidak tercatat bahan baku yang dipakai sehingga tidak dapat mengetahui jumlah bahan baku yang tersedia, permasalahan yang kedua adalah jadwal produksi yang mana tidak dapat menentukan kapan lama produksi kue, sehingga pelanggan tidak dapat mengetahui kapan kue selesai. Dari permasalahan diatas, maka pada proyek akhiri ini akan membuat aplikasi berbasis web dengan judul “Aplikasi Penjadwalan Produksi Berbasis Web†yang dapat membantu penjadwalan produksi serta perhitungan biaya-biaya yang terdapat pada proses produksi. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode System Develompment Life Cycle (SDLC), lalu pada proses perancangan sistem aplikasi menggunakan United Modeling Languange (UML), untuk perancangan database menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), dan bahasa pemograman yang dipakai untuk membuat aplikasi ini adalah PHP dan Framework Codeigniter serta menggunakan MySQL untuk basis data.. Pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan metode black box testing dan pengerjaannya menggunakan metode waterfall. Aplikasi ini diharapkan bisa membantu pemilik maupun bagian produksi Kata Kunci : Produksi, Penjadwalan, PHP, Codeigniter, Black Box Testing Abstract- Arumi cake is a cake shop located in the area of Rancaekek, which was founded by PKK mothers in the Rancaekek area, which attracts people to buy cakes. The production process occurs because there are cake orders by customers, before making the cake production process. The production department will determine and calculate costs such as raw material costs, labor costs, supporting material costs, and factory overhead. The cake is produced when there is an order entered. The problems experienced in the production section are the first in the production process is not recorded raw materials used so it can not know the amount of raw materials available, the second problem is the production schedule which can not determine when the cake production time, so customers can not know when the cake done. From the problems above, this end project will create a web-based application with the title "Arumi Cake Web Based Production Scheduling" which can help schedule production and calculate the costs contained in the production process. This application was built using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, then in the application system design process using United Modeling Language (UML), for database design using Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and the programming language used to make this application is PHP and Codeigniter Framework and using MySQL for the database. Testing of this application uses the black box testing method and the process uses the waterfall method.
