Aplikasi Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Job Order Costing (Studi Kasus di Ajeng Boutique, Kembangan utara, Jakarta)

Abstract

Abstrak-Ajeng boutique merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur berskala kecil atau home industry yang beralamat di jalan Kembangan Utara no 132, Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi Ajeng boutique yaitu perhitungan dengan pemakaian bahan baku dan bahan penolong tidak konsisten dalam perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Overhead pabrik yang dibebankan belum sesuai dengan standar akuntansi. Hal ini ditandai dengan belum adanya pencatatan biaya produksi dalam sebuah metode secara teratur. Maka, dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang telah diuraikan, aplikasi ini dibuat dengan Teknik pemprograman berorientasi objek dengan bahasa pemprograman PHP Code Igniter dan basis data MySQL. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah model Prototype. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini dapat menangani perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dapat menghitung pesanan setiap dilakukannya proses produksi. The constraints faced at Ajeng boutique are calculations with the use of raw materials and auxiliary material inconsistent in the calculation of the cost of production. The factory overhead charged is not in accordance with accounting standards. It is characterized by the absence of production cost in method regularly. Thus, in addressing the issues described, this application is made with object-oriented programming techniques with PHP Code Igniter programming language and MySQL database. The software development method used is the prototype model. Thus, this application can handle the calculation of the cost of production which can calculate orders every time the production process is carried out. Based on the test conducted.
