Sistem Informasi Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Abstrak— Sistem Informasi adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat mengumpulkan berbagai macam informasi dan menampilkannya dalam berbagai media. Sistem informasi pada umumnya dibentuk menjadi sebuah aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pondok Pesantren merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang didesain dan dibuat khusus untuk menyesuaikan kegiatan belajar mengajar pada Pondok Pesantren yang diharapkan dapat membantu proses kegiatan secara keseluruhan. Aplikasi ini dibutuhkan untuk memudahkan dalam pengumpulan dan pengelolaan informasi – informasi yang dihasilkan dari proses belajar mengajar dalam satu tempat yang mudah untuk diakses dan disebarkan kembali. Proses pengembangan aplikasi dimulai dengan tahap wawancara ke Pondok Pesantren Roudhotul Jannah sebagai target penelitian kemudian ke tahap perancangan sistem informasi berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pembuatan aplikasi sesuai rancangan yang dibuat, terakhir dilakukan survey dengan kuisioner untuk menentukan apakah aplikasi layak untuk digunakan dalam ruang lingkup internal Pondok Pesantren Roudhotul Jannah. Kata Kunci— pondok pesantren, sistem informasi, PPMRJ, aplikasi web Abstract— Information System is a system that able to gather all kinds of informations and serve those informations on to various media. Information System generally made as a web application. Islamic Boarding School Information System is a system that was designed and built specially for the teaching and learning activities conducted in Roudhotul Jannah Islamic Boarding School which can help the whole activity process. This application is required to make the whole informations gathering and processing process that is resulted from the teaching and learning activities much more convenient as everything is stored in one place and easy to access for future use. The development starts from the interview process conducted on Roudhotul Jannah Islamic Boarding School as the main research target to wireframing the information system based on the interview that was conducted and then application development based on the wireframe that was built, last, a survey was conducted in a form of a questionnaire to decided wether the application is feasible to be used within the scope of internal usage in Roudhotul Jannah Boarding School.
