Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Posyandu Untuk Pertumbuhan Dan Perkembangan Balita

Abstract

Posyandu is a form of Community Based Health Efforts (UKBM) carried out by, from and with the community, to empower and provide facilities for the community to obtain health services for mothers, babies and toddlers. Activities carried out at Posyandu require a Posyandu Information System (SIP), some of which include data collection on babies and toddlers in the posyandu area, records of date and status of immunization, as well as data records within the posyandu scope and monthly activity reports. However, data collection and recording of these activities is still done manually using books / papers. This is of course less effective and efficient, because of the large amount of data that needs to be recorded, moreover there is the possibility of data collection errors and the documents being lost or damaged. Therefore, an Android-based application was created to collect data and record it so that it could increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Posyandu performance. The system design of the application is by applying the Android MVVM (Model-Viev-ViewModel) architecture pattern and using a Firebase database as a data storage medium which is then implemented and tested with functionality testing methods and user requirements testing. Based on the results of the implementation and testing of the application, it was concluded that the application development was in accordance with the design and the test results showing that the user strongly agreed with the implementation of the application.
