Analysis of Marketing Activities Through Instagram Social Media @cyberacademy.id at Pt. Global Inovasi Siber Indonesia Year 2023-2024

Abstract

PT Global Inovasi Siber Indonesia is engaged
in the field of Cyber Security which introduces innovative
technology and innovative strategies to address emerging threats and
emerging challenges. Involves reorganizing existing practices and
existing practices and methodologies to adapt to evolving threats and effectively protect digital systems, digital

Siber Indonesia has products namely Bug Bounty Platform,
Automated Security Testing Platform, Ransomware Attack,
Simulator, Cyber Security Labs, and Hiring Platform. PT Global
Cyber Innovation Indonesia opens a course called Cyber
Academy where there are Cyber Security Education and
Corporate Training. According to the interview results from informants
such as the CEO, COO, and digital marketing director show that social media, especially Instagram, plays an important role.

customer sales. Although sales are not solely
from Instagram, the platform still plays a role in
attracting prospective students and expanding brand reach.
A structured marketing approach, such as the use of
educational content and targeted promotions, as well as the measurement of
performance measurement through OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), have
helped the company achieve their goals and continue to
expand their marketing strategy.
The purpose of this study is to determine
marketing strategies that are suitable and can increase sales of Cyber
Academy and analyze the obstacles that occur in
conducting marketing strategies.
The result of the research is a marketing strategy through social
Instagram that has been done so far turns out to
affect sales, although there are many platforms from other social
other social media platforms but Instagram can communicate two-way between
followers and the company. The content used now
