Aplikasi Berbasis Web untuk Penelusuran Arus Biaya serta Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi Dengan Metode Harga Pokok Pesanan

Abstract

Abstrak Imagine Tees adalah suatu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang produksi sablon baju yang desain produknya menyesuaikan dengan permintaan dari pelanggan. Selama ini Imagine Tees telah memiliki mekanisme perhitungan harga pokok produksi meskipun secara manual yakni dengan melakukan perhitungan bruto keseluruhan biaya produksi baju sablon. Dimana dari perhitungan yang terjadi pada awal bulan saat terjadinya pemesanan bahan material dari supplier dicatat pada catatan buku pembelian secara tidak terstruktur, terlebih lagi mereka tidak melakukan pencatatan pada biaya pendukung seperti air dan listrik. Hal tersebut menyebabkan sulitnya mengetahui harga pokok produksi. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis web dengan teknik pemrograman berorientasi objek diimplementasikan dengan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah model waterfall. Aplikasi ini menangani transaksi pesanan dengan membuat estimasi kebutuhan produksi per pesanan yang ada pada Imagine Tees. Dengan adanya pembuatan estimasi kebutuhan produksi ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam melihat detail bahan baku, detail pekerjaan dan overhead pabrik berdasarkan pesanan yang di inginkan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini memiliki siklus catatan akuntansi berupa pencatatan jurnal dan juga perhitungan hpp dengan metode harga pokok pesanan dan menghasilkan kartu harga pokok pesanan. Imagine Tees already have a system in calculating production cost despite manually by calculating the gross total production costs shirt screen printing. Which calculate that occurs at the beginning of the month when the ordering of materials from suppliers are recorded in the note book purchases unstructured, moreover, they do not keep note on support costs such as water and electricity. This causes the difficulty of knowing cost of production. This application is made with the web-based object-oriented programming techniques implemented by the programming language PHP and MySQL database. Software development method is using the waterfall model. This application can handles transaction orders by making the estimates of production requirement per order that existed at the Imagine Tees. With the estimates of production requirement can help companies to see the details of the raw materials, detail work and manufacturing overhead based on the desired order. In addition, this application has a cycle of accounting records in the form of journal entries and also calculation using job order costing method which generate the final result of job cost sheet.
