Implementasi Aplikasi Rekam Medis Berbasis Rfid Terintegrasi Website Dan Sms Gateway Sebagai Reminder Pasien TBC

Abstract

Abstrak Tuberkulosis atau TBC adalah suatu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh kuman TBC (Mycrobacterium Tuberculosis) dan bersifat menular. Menurut hasilsurvey kepada petugas Dinas Kesehatan Kab Klaten dan kepada 14 pasien TB di daerah Puskesmas Wedi, didapatkan suatu kondsi 8 dari 14 pasien selaku responden terkadang lupa terhadap jadwal pengobatan mereka. Disamping lupa terhadap jadwal berobat, 9 dari 14 pasien yang ditanyai mengaku terkadang lupa meletakkan kartu berobat dan akhirnya tidak membawanya sewaktu pengobatan rutin. Hal tersebut menyebabkan pasien tidak mengetahui secara tertulis hasil pencatatan medisnya dan tanggal berobat selanjutnya. Pencatatan medis yang diterapkan di Puskesmas Wedi pun masih manual dan butuh rekapitulasi ulang ketika pelaporan data pasien. Sehingga hal tersebut menyebabkan kurangnya efisiensi kerja pada bidang rekapitulasi data. Selain itu, karena data pasien juga masih ditulis pada kertas, petugas yang melayani pengobatan memamparkan terkadang cukup lama melakukan pencarian apabila pasiennya banyak karena datanya bertumpuk. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pada proyek akhir ini dibuat “Aplikasi Rekam Medis Berbasis RFID Terintegrasi website dan SMS Gateway sebagai Reminder Pasien TBCâ€. Yang mana perawat atau administrator melakukan pengisisan data pasien pada form di website dan RFID Tag berfungsi sebagai kartu berobat pasien yang nanti digunakan untuk verifikasi identitas guna pengisian form pemeriksaan rutin dan setelah selesai berobat pasien akan mendapatkan SMS Reminder yang untuk pemeriksaan selanjutnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan implementasi, didapatkan hasil bahwa aplikasi ini memudahkan pihak admin dan perawatdalam melakukan pengisian data serta rekapitulasi data dengan mengacu pada hasil kuisioner performansi yang di dapat yaitu 4.75 (kategori baik). Untuk pihak pasien juga terbantu dengan adanya sms reminder, berdasarkan hasil kuisioner kepuasan didapat 14 responden menyatakan terbantu. To overcome this problem, in this final project "RFID-Based Applications Integrated Medical Record website and SMS Gateway as TB Patient Reminder". Which one nurse or administrator perform patient data filling in the form on the website and RFID tags function as patient medical card which will be used for identity verification in order to form filling routine examination and after completion of treatment the patient will receive the SMS Reminder for further examination. Based on the results of testing and implementation, showed that this application allows the admin and perawatdalam perform data entry and data summary with reference to the results of questionnaires performance in the can is 4.75 (both categories). For the patients also helped with the sms reminder, based on the results of questionnaires obtained 14 respondents expressed satisfaction helped.
