Analisis E-service Quality Pada Website Smb Telkom University (studi Kasus Pada Calon Mahasiswa Baru Telkom University Tahun Akademik 2018/2019 Yang Berasal Dari Jawa Barat)

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi internet telah menunjang efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam berbagai bidang pencarian informasi seperti pada bidang pendidikan, terutama peranannya sebagai sarana komunikasi, publikasi, serta sarana untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi. Kemudahaan pencarian informasi pada bidang pendidikan dapat dirasakan oleh Siswa/i SMA yang akan melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Kini Siswa/i dapat dengan mudah mencari informasi langsung dengan mengakses Website khusus dalam memberikan layanan pendaftaran calon mahasiswa baru di Telkom University yaitu smb.telkomuniversity.ac.id, Bertujuan untuk mempermudah calon mahasiswa menggali informasi pendaftaran di Telkom University. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan dari E-Service Quality pada Website SMB dalam memberikan fitur layanan Jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan metode Deskriptif. Metode sampling menggunakan nonprobability dan dalam pegelompokan Sempel menggunakan Quota Sampling. Metode penilelitian ini menggunkan garis kontinum dengan 100 responden yang dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu 94 responden siswa SMA/SMK MA Sederajat, 4 responden Diploma, dan 2 responden Pascasarjana.Penelitian dilakukan di ruang SMB Telkom University dengan penyebaran kuisioner pada pendaftar yang berkunjung ke dalam unit SMB Telkom University. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkat dari penerapan E-Service Quality pada Website SMB Telkom University studi kasus pada calon mahasiswa baru Telkom University tahun Aademik 2018/2019 yang berasal dari Jawa Barat yaitu, sebesar 83% berada pada posisi sangat baik pada rentang persentase 82,25%-100%.

The development of internet technology has supported the effectiveness and efficiency in various fields of information seeking such as in the field of education, especially its role as a means of communication, publications, and a means to obtain various information. The ease of finding information in the field of education can be felt by high school students who will continue their education to college. Now students can easily find information directly by accessing a special website to provide registration services for new students at Telkom University, namely smb.telkomuniversity.ac.id,Aims to make it easier for prospective students to explore registration information at Telkom University. This study aims to analyze the application of E-Service Quality on the SMB Website in providing service features of Quantitative Research Type with Descriptive methods. This research method uses a continuum line with 100 respondents divided into three namely 94 respondents of SMA / SMK MA students equivalent, 4 Diploma respondents, and 2 Postgraduate respondents.The study was conducted in the Telkom University SMB room with the distribution of questionnaires to applicants who visited the Telkom University SMB unit.
