Aplikasi Pengadaan Barang/jasa Berbasis Web (modul: Pengadaan Barang Dengan Customer) (studi Kasus: Pt Bhakti Unggul Teknovasi)

Abstract

Barang/Jasa yang prosesnya dimulai dari perencanaan kebutuhan sampai diselesaikannya seluruh kegiatan untuk memperoleh Barang/Jasa. Customer yang memesan barang di PT Bhakti Unggul Teknovasi masih melakukan pendaftaran melalui telepon atau datang langsung ke tempat, hal ini bisa menimbulkan kesalahan pendaftaran. Permintaan pengadaan terlebih dahulu diapprove oleh direktur dengan melihat hardcopy surat permintaan penawaran harga (SPPH) dan pengiriman surat dari logistik ke customer ataupun sebaliknya masih melalui media sosial WhatshAp atau Email atau jasa pengiriman sehingga suratsurat yang telah dikirim dari logistik dan surat yang telah dikirim dari customer tidak terintegritas dengan baik. Solusi yang diberikan adalah membuat aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu perusahaan PT Bhakti Unggul Teknovasi dalam mengelola pengadaan barang agar terintergerasi dengan baik. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini akan terbagi dalam dua modul yaitu modul pengadaan barang dengan customer dan modul pengadaan barang dengan vendor yang menggunakan Framework Codeigniter. Dalam proyek akhir ini akan lebih fokus pada modul pengadaan barang dengan customer. The solution is provided to make web based applications that can help the company PT Bhakti Unggul Teknovasi in managing procurement of goods to terintergerasi well. In making this application will be divided into two modules of the procurement of goods to customers and the procurement of goods with vendors who use Framework Codeigniter.
