Perancangan Jaringan Fiber To The Home (ftth) Di Desa Pedan Telkom Klaten Menggunakan Teknologi Gigabit Passive Optical Network ( Gpon ) Untuk Layanan Triple Play

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada zaman sekarang kebutuhan akan sarana telekomunikasi, informasi dan hiburan yang dapat ditrima dan memiliki performasi yang tinggi sudah pasti sangat dibutuhkan. Untuk memenuhi hal tersebut maka diperlukan jaringan yang mendukung performasinya tersebut. Untuk sekarang jaringan yang mampu memberikan performasi terbaik adalah fiber optic. Di Indonesia sendiri sedang maraknya pengelaran kabel fiber optic langsung kerumah atau disebut FTTH. Kota Klaten merupakan salah satu kota yang dipadati oleh penduduk khususnya untuk kawasan Kecamatan Pedan. Dengan kondisi tersebut, maka perancangan jaringan FTTH cocok untuk di implementasikan di lokasi ini. Pada perancanganya dilakukan survei menggunakan GPS akan dikembangkan menjadi data Google Earth dan AutoCad. Dalam data perancangan dapat diestimasi tentang jumlah perangkat, spesifikasi dan posisi peletakan perangkat dari STO hingga posisi pelanggan. Data itu ingin dikembangkan beserta data perhitungan berbasis FTTH GPON. Pada perancangan jaringan FTTH GPON didapatkan hasil pengukuran langsung didapatkan nilai Power Link Budget -18,283 dBm untuk downlink -8.248 untuk uplink pada titik terjauh, dan Rise Time Budget, yang diukur pada titik terjauh. Nilai Rise Time Budgetnya <70% dengan nilai (0,363)nm untuk Downlink dan (0.251)ns untuk Uplink. To accomplish this, a network is required to support its performance. For now the network that is able to provide the best performance is fiber optic. In Indonesia itself is rampant fiber optic fiber cable directly to home or called FTTH. The city of Klaten is one of the cities densely populated by special residents for Pedan District. Under these conditions, the design of FTTH networks is suitable to be implemented in this location. In the design conducted surveys using GPS will be developed into data Google Earth and AutoCad. In the design data can be estimated about the number of devices, specifications and position laying of the device from STO to customer position. The data was to be developed along with FTTH GPON based calculation data. In the design of FTTH GPON network obtained the Power Link Budget (-18.283) dB and Rise Time Budgetnya for Downlink and (-8.248) ns for Uplink. While the results of direct measurement obtained value of Power Link Budget and Rise Time Budget, as measured at the furthest point.
