Aplikasi Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi Menggunakan Metode Full Costing Berbasis Web (studi Kasus : Nurul Hikmah Meubel, Bandung)

Abstract

Abstrak-- Nurul Hikmah merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur. Nurul Hikmah memproduksi berbagai macam barang dengan bahan baku kayu seperti, mebel, meja dan kusen. Perusahaan yang terletak di Jalan Soekarno Hatta No.46, Bandung, Jawa Barat ini melakukan produksi untuk stok (Make to Stock). Sebagai perusahaan manufaktur yang melakukan kegiatan produksi, maka diperlukan perhitungan mengenai seluruh biaya biaya produksi seperti menghitung biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, biaya bahan penolong dan biaya overhead pabrik. Dengan melakukan perhitungan biaya produksi tersebut dapat membuat jurnal umum, buku besar, dan laporan harga produksi setiap bulannya. Laporan harga pokok produksi adalah laporan yang berisikan semua total biaya produksi yang telah dilakukan. Agar proses perhitungan biaya produksi dan pengelolaan data seperti bahan baku dan bahan penolong mudah dikelola dibutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan Proses pengembangan menggunakan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Tahap pembuatan kode program menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter dengan bahasa skrip Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP). Dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut, user dapat mudah melakukan perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan data secara terkomputerisasi. As a manufacturing company that performs production activities, it is necessary to calculate the entire cost of production costs such as calculating the cost of raw materials, labor costs, rescue costs and factory overhead costs. By doing the production cost calculation can make a general journal, ledger, and report the price of production each month. The cost of production report is a report containing all the total cost of production that has been done. In order to process the calculation of production costs and management of data such as raw materials and auxiliary materials are easy to manage required applications that can be used Development process using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with waterfall model. The code generation stage uses the CodeIgniter Framework with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) script language. With the application, the user can easily perform the calculation of the cost of production and can perform data management in computerized.
