Aplikasi Pengelolaan Cuti Pegawai Berbasis Web Studi Kasus: Kantor Sekretariat Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara

Abstract

Abstrak Proses pengelolaan cuti pada Kantor Sekretariat Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara pada saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses pengelolaan cuti tersebut memiliki beberapa kelemahan, pegawai tidak bisa mengetahui sisa jatah cuti pribadi secara langsung, sehingga pegawai tidak bisa melakukan manajemen cuti dengan baik. Kelemahan yang lain adalah proses pengurusan cuti pegawai kurang efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini, diusulkan pembuatan aplikasi pengelolaan cuti pegawai berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) dan basis data MySQL, juga menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Aplikasi tersebut diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ditemui dalam pengelolaan cuti secara manual pada Kantor Sekretariat Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Abstract
The leave management process at Secretariat Office of North Jakarta Administration is still done manually. The leave management process has several disadvantages, the employee can not know the remaining private allowance directly, so the employee can not do the leave management well. Another disadvantage is the process of managing employee leave less effective and efficient. In this study, it is proposed to create a web based employee leave management application using PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database, also using the CodeIgniter framework. The application is expected to solve the problems encountered in the management of manual leave at Secretariat Office of North Jakarta Administration.
