Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Rekam Medik Pasien Rehabilitasi Narkoba Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Bnnp Jabar)

BNNP Jawa Barat merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang salah satu program kerjanya yaitu merehabilitasi para pecandu narkoba melalui layanan rekam medik yang berguna untuk menyembuhkan para pecandu tersebut. Untuk menangani layanan rekam medik di BNNP Jawa Barat sudah ada website dari pemerintah pusat yang berguna untuk mengelola data pasien, namun website yang digunakan saat ini belum bisa menangani beberapa layanan rekam medik, seperti kesulitan dalam pelaporan statistik pasien yang nantinya akan dilaporkan kepada Kabid Rehab, kesulitan dalam pembuatan jadwal konseling karena masih menggunakan kertas, kebutuhan pembuatan SKBN, serta kesulitan pelaporan informasi konseling kepada wali pasien. Dari permasalahan tersebut diusulkan lah fitur seperti akun untuk Kabid Rehab agar mudah untuk melihat data statistik pasien, fitur penjadwalan konseling dan SMS Gateway untuk mengirim pesan jadwal kepada pasien, fitur pembuatan SKBN yang terotomatiasasi, serta fitur akun untuk wali agar dapat melihat perkembangan pasien melalui tabel riwayat konseling. Dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini juga menggunakan metode prototype yang telah disepakati dengan pihak rehabilitasi BNNP Jawa Barat, dan menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter dan basis data MySQL. Dan dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, pihak rehabilitasi BNNP Jabar telah menerima aplikasi dan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Serta kesimpulan dari aplikasi yang telah dibangun adalah aplikasi ini sudah memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas rehabilitasi untuk mengelola data pasien rehabilitasi menjadi data statistik, penjadwalan konseling pasien dan pesan berupa jadwal konseling melalui SMS Gateway, pembuatan SKBN untuk masyarakat umum yang membutuhkan, memberikan kemudahan pelaporan statistik kepada Kabid Rehab melalui hak akses secara online, dan juga memberikan kemudahan kepada wali pasien untuk melihat perkembangan pasien melalui hak akses secara online.

Abstract

BNNP West Java is a government institution whose work program is rehabilitating drug addicts through medical record services that are useful to cure these addicts. To handle medical record services at BNNP West Java, there is a website from the central government that is useful for managing patient data, but the website currently used cannot handle several medical record services, such as difficulties in reporting patient statistics which will later be reported to the Head of Rehab, difficulties in making a counseling schedule because they are still using paper, the need to make SKBN, and the difficulty of reporting counseling information to the patient's guardian. From these problems, a feature such as an account for the Head of Rehab was proposed so that it was easy to see patient statistics, counseling scheduling and SMS Gateway features to send schedule messages to patients, automated automation SKBN features, and account features for guardians to see patient progress through tables counseling history. In the construction of this application also uses a prototype method that has been agreed with the rehabilitation of West Java BNNP, and uses the CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL database. And from the results of testing that has been done, the BNNP Jabar rehabilitation party has received the application and has been in accordance with user needs. As well as conclusions from the application that has been built, this application has provided facilities for rehabilitation officers to manage patient rehabilitation data into statistical data, scheduling patient counseling and messages in the form of counseling schedules through the SMS Gateway, making SKBN for the general public in need, providing easy statistical reporting to Head of Rehab through access rights online, and also provides convenience to guardians of patients to see the development of patients through access rights online.
