Implementation of Data Center Application Infrastructure Management (Dcim) Based on Microservices Architecture Using Kubernetes Case Study Pt. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Pelni)
(Dcim)
Abstract
In this digital age, companies are facing pressure to upgrade their IT infrastructure to manage data more effectively, securely, and scalable. The data infrastructure is key to maintaining smooth services and operations, especially for large enterprises with complex and extensive data centers complex and extensive data centers. PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI), as a leading company in the shipping industry, is also facing similar challenges in its shipping industry, also faces similar challenges in managing their data center infrastructure. This research utilizing microservices architecture and container container orchestration platform such as Kubernetes, PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) National Indonesia (PELNI) has upgraded their data center management system to a higher level. management system to a higher level. To manage the data center infrastructure, PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) requires an advanced, integrated advanced and integrated monitoring system to monitor data collection and infrastructure performance in real-time. Therefore, the integration of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) application integration using Kubernetes Architecture Kubernetes architecture is a must for PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI). National Indonesia (PELNI). It is expected that this this final project can plan, implement, and monitor infrastructure using Kubernetes for Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) application at PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI). These steps not only improve operational efficiency, but also allows PT. Pelni to be able to address the needs and challenges of better data center management management needs and challenges. By implementing Kubernetes, PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) can improve network documentation and management, and strengthen the security of data infrastructure services DCIM services.
