This research is carried out based on abundant natural resources in Indonesia, especially plant-based natural resources which are a necessity of the community to be utilized. But there is still a need for efforts to be developed. One way can be through rich color-producing plants in Indonesia. Like the dragon fruit plants that are always used by the fruit, and the skin is thrown away. That way the dragon fruit skin can be used as natural dyes. This is caused by the anthocyanin content found in dragon fruit skin. This is a motivation for researchers to use dragon fruit skin as a natural dye for fabric. The method used to achieve the objectives of the study is the experimentative method. The extraction process is done by boiling dried dragon fruit skin with additional water. In this research, the mordanting process was carried out to produce different colors on each cloth from the use of dragon fruit skin. The final result of the use of dragon fruit skin is light brown by using heat extraction.
