Penerapan Mikroalga Sebagai Pewarna Alam Terhadap Produk Tekstil Menggunakan Teknik Screen Printing

Abstract

Abstract Lifting up previous research made by Balqis (2018), a Telkom University student on the Application of Microalgae Natural Dyes on Tukel Yarns and Gedog Tuban Weaving. Based on dyes which are divided into two, namely natural dyes and synthetic dyes, this research optimizes previous studies of the techniques used, the resulting color pigments and their application to fashion products using microalgae as natural dyes. The last technique used in this research are the screen printing technique using microalgae of arthrospira plantesis type which previously had various benefits in various fields such as sources of nutrition, food and rapid growth.
