Perancangan Interior Hotel Resort And Spa Dengan Pendekatan Healing Environment Di Bandung

Abstract

Abstrak Masyarakat cenderung hidup dalam kehidupan perkotaan yang cukup sibuk, serba cepat dan instan. Kehidupan yang serba cepat ini memberikan tekanan dan tuntutan terhadap pekerjaan dan aktivitas sehari-hari. Tuntutan dan tekanan tersebut dapat meningkatkan resiko stress sehingga secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi pola hidup masyarakat dan meningkatkan resiko terkena berbagai macam penyakit. Pola hidup ini dilihat sebagai sebuah pasar yang menjanjikan oleh para investor sehingga memunculkan fenomena Health Tourism. Dalam hal ini bidang Objek Wisata Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Pariwisata (Disbudpar) Kota Bandung melihat potensi ini dan mulai mengembangkan Health Tourism. Disbudpar menilai Bandung memiliki potensi keindahan alam dan merupakan kota pariwisata yang paling diminati. Hotel Resort and Spa merupakan salah satu klasifikasi dari kegiatan wisata Health Toursim yang memiliki sarana akomodasi hotel resor yang memiliki fasilitas kesehatan relaksasi dan kecantikan (spa) alami dengan target pasar untuk wisata kategori menengah keatas. Hotel Resort and Spa menyediakan fasilitas Spa Tourism yang merupakan komponen dari health tourism yang berkaitan denan fasilitas kesehatan tertentu dan destinasi yang biasanya memiliki mata air mineral; atau dengan menggabungkan fungsi fasilitas akomodasi dengan kesehatan. Melalui studi lokasi perancangan yaitu badung di kawasan Cimbeleuit bagian atas yang memiliki keindahan alam serta suhu dan kondisi udara yang baik dan jauh dari polisi mendukung perancangan Hoterl Resort & Spa ini. Konsep Nature and Healing sebagai bagian dari pendekatan Healing Environment dipilih sebagai konsep yang mendukung suasana lingkungan yang baik dan sehat bagi wisatawan rekreasi kesehatan. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari perancangan Hotel Resort & Spa ini adalah untuk meciptakan hotel resort & spa dengan desain yang mampu berkolaborasi dengan alam indra dan psikologi serta memiliki fasilitas dan aktivitas penyembuhan yang lebih menyenangkan. In this case, the field of Tourism Object of the Culture and Tourism Office (Disbudpar) of the City of Bandung saw this potential and began developing. Health Tourism. Hotel Resort and Spa is one of the classifications of Health Tourism tourism activities that have resort hotel accommodation facilities that have natural relaxation and beauty health facilities with a target market for middle to upper category tourism. Hotel Resort and Spa provides Spa Tourism facilities which are components of health tourism related to certain health facilities and destinations that usually have mineral springs; or by combining the functions of accommodation facilities with health. Through the study of the design location of the Badung in the upper Cimbeleuit area which has natural beauty and good temperature and air conditions and is far from the police supporting the design of the Hotel Resort & Spa. The concept of Nature and Healing as part of the Healing Environment approach was chosen as a concept that supports a good and healthy environment for health recreation tourists.Therefore, the purpose of Designing Interior Resort Hotel & Spa is to create resort & spa hotels with designs that can collaborate with the natural senses and psychology and have more fun facilities and activities.
