Perancangan Baru Interior Hotel Bintang Empat (****) Di Dago, Bandung Dengan Pendekatan Interior Landscape

Abstract

Abstrak Meningkatnya wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kota Bandung mempengaruhi tingkat penghunian kamar hotel berbintang di kota Bandung, salah satunya adaalah hotel bintang empat. Perancangan interior hotel bintang empat dengan karakteristik fasilitas dan pelayanan yang mewah menjadi daya tarik bagi pengunjung.Selain itu dengan adanya fenomena staycation pada saat ini juga meningkatkan pengunjung hotel secara signifikan. Staycation mulai menjadi trend di Indonesia pada tahun 2018, di kota Bandung pada tahun 2018 jumlah kunjungan wisata ke akomodasi naik dua kali lipat. Staycation merupakan konsep berlibur dan menghabiskan waktu pada suatu rumah atau mengunjungi area yang berada tak jauh dari tempat tinggal, salah satunya adalah hotel. Untuk itu lokasi hotel juga berpengaruh pada pemilihan hotel untuk staycation. Lokasi hotel berada pada daerah Dago yang merupakan kawasan elite dan strategis sehingga memudahkan aksesibilitas. Selain itu kawasan Dago juga memiliki keunikan berupa kawasan yang masih sejuk dan asri. Sehingga dapat dijadikan karakter bagi suasana interior hotel dengan menggunakan pendekatan Interior Landscape. Dan juga dapat menjawab permasalahan yang muncul pada perancangan interior hotel bintang empat. Kata kunci: Desain Interiorab, Hotel Bintang Empat, Staycation, Interior Landscape, Dago, Bandung. So that it can be used as a character for the hotel interior atmosphere by using the Interior Landscape approach. And also can answer problems that arise in the interior design of a four star hotel.
