Makanan Ultra-olahan Sebagai Ide Penciptaan Seni Lukis

Abstrak

ABSTRAK: Para manufaktur produksi makanan dan minuman ultra-olahan pada dasarnya hanya mementingkan keuntungan dengan memproduksi bentuk-bentuk makanan dan minuman ultraolahan ini agar terlihat semenarik mungkin di mata konsumen. Banyak studi kasus melibatkan makanan dan minuman ultra-olahan yang menunjukkan hasil buruk bagi kesehatan maupun lingkungan dan biodiversitas. Berdasarkan alasan itu, penulis melakukan tindakan perusakan pada makanan dan minuman ultra-olahan yang digunakan sebagai objek dalam karya tugas akhir ini. Pada era teknologi yang semakin mutakhir sekarang, penulis mencoba melibatkan aspek scanography dengan pengkaryaan yang berupa lukisan pada bidang kanvas. Hasil karya tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat memantik kesadaran publik terhadap konsumsi makanan dan minuman ultra-olahan yang banyak berdampak merugikan kesehatan. Kata Kunci: makanan ultra-olahan, lukisan, scanography ABSTRACT: Ultra-processed food and beverage manufacturers are primarily concerned with profit by producing this form of ultra-processed food and beverage to make it look as attractive as possible in the eyes of consumers. Many case studies involving ultra-processed foods and beverages have shown adverse health outcomes as well as the environment and biodiversity. Based on that reason, the writer takes action to destroy the ultra-processed food and beverage which is used as the object in this final project. In the current era of modern technology, the author tries to involve the scanning aspect with works in the form of paintings on canvas. The results of this final work are expected to ignite public awareness of the consumption of ultraprocessed foods and beverages that are detrimental to health.
