Perancangan Produk Fashion Athleisure Semi Formal Wanita Untuk Kegiatan Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRAK Saat ini peminat dari tren athleisure semakin meningkat karena tren tersebut menggabungkan gaya casual dan sporty sehingga membuat pemakainya merasa nyaman dan terlihat menarik pada saat yang bersamaan (Jang, 2016). Adanya pergeseran budaya di tempat kerja seperti penggunaan sepatu kets dan celana olahraga ke kantor yang diperbolehkan juga turut membuat tren athleisure ini semakin diminati oleh banyak orang (Trefis, 2016). Kecenderungan jam kerja di Indonesia yang mencapai 48 jam dalam seminggu membuat keinginan seseorang dalam menggunakan pakaian athleisure demi kenyamanan saat bekerja semakin besar, ditambah dengan meningkatnya jumlah kantor yang memperbolehkan pekerjanya mengenakan pakaian bebas setiap harinya (Holland, 2017), namun menunjukkan tampilan yang rapi saat bekerja menjadi hal yang penting dilakukan karena memberikan kesan lebih handal, dapat dipercaya dan menunjukkan rasa hormat, sehingga saat ini banyak dari perusahaan yang memberikan aturan terkait hal tersebut untuk pegawainya agar tetap menunjukkan kesan sopan dan rapi walaupun mengenakan pakaian bebas saat bekerja (Heathfield, 2017). Maka koleksi produk fashion athleisure yang turut mengacu pada aturan busana semi formal dan sesuai dengan keperluan serta kebutuhan wanita yang aktif melakukan kegiatan sehari – harinya seperti bekerja, dirancang dengan menggunakan material yang tepat agar penggunanya dapat merasa nyaman saat menggunakan produk tersebut. Cultural shift in the workplace, has made the athleisure trend more acceptable and enthused by people to wear sneakers and sweatpants to the office (Trefis, 2016). The tendency of working hours in Indonesia to reach 48 hours a week makes one’s desire to wear athleisure clothes for comfort while working is getting bigger with the increasing number of offices that allow workers to wear free clothes everyday (Holland, 2017), however showing a tidy look while working is important because it gives the impression of reliable and trustworthy and shows respect, so at this time many companies that provide rules related to it for employees to keep showing the impression of polite and tidy despite wearing a free outfit while working (Heathfield, 2017). Then, the fashion athleisure products collection which also refers to the semi formal fashion rules and in accordance with the needs of women who are active in daily activities such as working designed using the right material so that users can feel comfortable when using the products.
