Design of an Artificial Intelligence-Based Driving Support Tool for Motorcycles with an Ergonomic Approach for Online MotorcycleTaxi Drivers

The widespread use of online motorcycle taxis facilitates transportation and provides a source of income. However, the long working hours of drivers (7-10 hours) have the potential to cause fatigue, which in the long term can lead to back injuries and in the short term increase the risk of accidents due to reduced concentration. This research aims to design an artificial intelligence-based driving support tool with an ergonomic approach that functions to reduce excessive fatigue in online motorcycle taxi drivers and minimize related risks. A qualitative method is used to analyze the needs and habits of drivers. Artificial intelligence algorithms are implemented for ergonomic support functions. This research is expected to produce a prototype tool that is effective in reducing these risks and improving the driving comfort of online motorcycle taxi drivers.
