Analisis Dan Perancangan Dashboard Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Memprediksi Bidang Peminatan (studi Kasus: Program Studi S1 Sistem Informasi Universitas Telkom)

Abstract

Abstrak Setiap mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan pada perguruan tinggi akan memilih program studi yang merupakan fokus bidang ilmu yang akan dipelajari pada program studi tersebut. Kemudian mahasiswa akan memilih bidang peminatan. Umumnya, Pembagian bidang peminatan ditentukan oleh kurikulum yang diterapkan masing masing kampus, dan peminatan tersebut dipilih sendiri oleh mahasiswa. Proses ini sangat penting mengingat kesesuaian karir setiap orang akan berbeda sesuai dengan kecocokan potensinya masingmasing. Dashboard sistem pendukung keputusan harus dirancang dengan baik agar pengguna dapat mengetahui informasi hanya dengan melihat sekilas serta dapat mengambil tindakan yang tepat untuk memilih bidang peminatan untuk mahasiswa. Perancangan dashboard ini menggunakan metodologi Pureshare Pureshare dan pengolahan datanya diproses berdasarkan klasifikasi Decision Tree. Dashboard ini diharapkan dapat membantu kepala program studi dan dosen wali dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memilih bidang peminatan mahasiswa yang cepat tepat pada program studi S1 Sistem Informasi di Universitas Telkom. After that they will choose the field of specialization provided. Generally, the division of specialization is determined by the curriculum applied by each campus, and the specialization is chosen by the students. This process is very important considering the suitability of each person's career will be different according to the suitability of their potential. Decision support system with dashboards must be well designed so that users can find out information only by looking at a glance and can take appropriate action to select specialization for students. The design of this dashboard uses a Pureshare methodology based on literature studies from the research. This dashboard is expected to help study program heads and guardian lecturers in making decisions to choose the fastest way possible and right student specialization in the S1 Information System study program at Telkom University.
