Kerangka Kerja Togaf Mendukung Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Untuk Transformasi Digital Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah(studi Kasus : Umkm Iket Sunda)

Abstract

Abstrak Dengan Semakin canggih suatu teknologi maka penerapan suatu teknologi informasi semakin sulit dan kompleks. selain itu, kemajuan teknologi di dunia semakin berkembang. Tak hanya perusahaan, UMKM sebagai organisasi kecil pun cepat atau lambat harus menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam proses bisnis mereka. Agar tidak bisnis mereka tidak usang. Namun, penerapan teknologi itu sendiri tidak mudah tak semua teknologi dapat selaras dengan proses bisnis mereka. Terdapat beberapa kendala dari segi internal maupun eksternal pada UMKM Iket Sunda ini seperti Pasokan bahan baku produksi terbatas, Produk belum dikenal secara baik, Pengelolaan keuangan belum terstruktur, Kurangnya inovasi pembuatan produk, dan Bersaing dengan produk yang serupa. Maka dari itu perlunya penerapan teknologi informasi untuk mengelola kegiatan operasional UMKM dan selaras dengan tujuan bisnis mereka. Untuk menyelaraskan antara bisnis dengan teknologi pada UMKM maka diperlukan perancangan enterprise architecture. Salah satu framework untuk mengembangkan EA tersebut dalam UMKM mengacu pada TOGAF ADM. Hasil dari perancangan EA pada penelitian menghasilkan sebuah analisa dan perancangan berupa blueprint yaitu enterprise architecture blueprint sebagai transformasi digital pada UMKM Iket Sunda Dangiang Art (company-specific) Kata-kata kunci : Enterprise Architecture, UMKM, Blueprint, TOGAF ADM, Transformasi Digital With increasingly sophisticated technology, the application of information technology is increasingly difficult and complex. besides, technological advancements in the world are growing. Not only companies but SMEs as small organizations must also sooner or later apply information technology in their business processes. So that their business is not obsolete. However, the application of technology itself is not easy, not all technologies can be aligned with their business processes. There are several internal and external constraints on the Sunda Iket SMEs such as a limited supply of raw materials, products that are not well-known, unstructured financial management, lack of product innovation, and competing with similar products. Therefore, the need for the application of information technology to manage the operations of SMEs and align with their business objectives. To harmonize business with technology in SMEs, it is necessary to design an enterprise architecture. One framework for developing these EAs in SMEs refers to TOGAF ADM. The results of the EA design in the study produced an analysis and design in the form of a blueprint, namely the enterprise architecture blueprint as a digital transformation of Iket Sunda SMEs (company specific).
