Developing Project Stakeholder Management Dan Rencana Komunikasi Pada Proyek Pengadaan Dan Pemasangan Outside Plant Fiber Optic (osp-fo) Sttf Pt-3 Tahap 1 2020 Di Pt Xyz Bandung Barat

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang merupakan wilayah PT XYZ untuk mengelola proyek pengadaan dan pemasangan outside plant fiber optic (OSP-FO) STTF PT-3 tahap 1 2020. Berdasarkan kondisi eksisting dan evaluasi perusahaan pada proyek pengadaan dan pemasangan outside plan fiber optic (OSP-FO) STTF PT-3 2019 sebanyak 39proyek mengalami kegagalan. kegagalan perusahaan dalam mengelola proyek pengadaan dan pemasangan outside plant fiber optic (OSP-FO) STTF PT-3 2019 terjadi pada fase persiapan dan instalasi. Faktor permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan dalam mengelola proyek pengadaan dan pemasangan outside plant fiber optic (OSP-FO) STTF PT-3 2019 adalah miskomunikasi pada pelaksanaan proyek dan lambanya proses perizinan. Sehingga mengakibatkan proyek tersebut mengalami kegagalan atau dipindah ke tahap selanjutnya. terdapat 3 fase yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu stakeholder register, stakeholder engagement plan, dan communication management plan. 3 fase tersebut digunakan untuk merancang developing project stakeholder management. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian teridentifikasi 47 pemanngku kepentingan. Pada 47 pemangku kepentingan tersebut, terdapat 21 pemangku kepentingan internal dan 26 pemangku kepentingan ekternal. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian pada PT XYZ untuk melakukan developing project stakeholder management dan communication plan pada proyek pengadaan dan pemasangan outside plant fiber optic (OSP-FO) STTF PT-3 tahap 1 2020 di wilayah Bandung Barat.

Abstract This research was conducted in West Bandung Regency, which is a PT XYZ region to manage the procurement project and installation of the STTF PT-3 stage 1 optic fiber optic plant (OSP-FO) 2020. Based on the existing conditions and company evaluations on the procurement and installation project outside the fiber optic plan (OSP-FO) STTF PT-3 2019 as many as 39 projects failed. The company's failure to manage the procurement project and installation of the STTF PT-3 2019 outside optical fiber (OSP-FO) project occurred in the preparation and installation phase. The problem factor faced by the company in managing the procurement project and installation of the STTF PT-3 2019 outside optical fiber (OSP-FO) project is miscommunication on the project implementation and the slow process of licensing. As a result, the project failed or was moved to the next stage. There are 3 phases used in this study, namely stakeholder register, stakeholder engagement plan, and communication management plan. The 3 phases are used to design developing stakeholder management projects. Based on the results of the study identified 47 stakeholders. Of the 47 stakeholders, there are 21 internal stakeholders and 26 external stakeholders. Based on this explanation, a study was conducted at PT XYZ to develop a stakeholder management and communication plan project on the procurement and installation of the STTF PT-3 phase 1 fiber optic (OSP-FO) project outside 2020 in the West Bandung region.
