Perancangan Prosedur Untuk Memenuhi Requirement Ohsas 45001:2018 Klausul 6.1 Pada Divisi Produksi Di Pt.xyz

Abstract

Abstrak:
PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri manufaktur. PT. XYZ memproduksi berbagai macam punch and dies dengan sistem preorder.Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara terdapatnya kecelakaan kerja seperti luka dibagian tubuh tenaga kerja yang terjadi di lantai produksi. PT. XYZ telah berupaya menerapkan K3 dengan menyediakan APD. Namun,penerapan yang dilakukan belum optimal dan kurangnya kesadaran tenaga kerja dalam menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) sehingga masi terdapat kecelakaan kerja. Melihat permasalahan yang terdapat pada perusahaan penelitian ini berfokus untuk memberikan usulan berupa rancangan prosedur terkait K3 guna mengurangi angka kecelakaan kerja yang terdapat di perusahaan, Perancangan prosedur berdasarkan requirement OHSAS 45001:2018 dan PP No 50 tahun 2012. Adanya prosedur tertulis dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan penerapan K3 untuk mengurangi kecelalakaan kerja di perusahaan.

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry. PT. XYZ manufactures various kinds of punch and dies with a preorder system. Based on the results of observations and interviews, there are occupational accidents such as injuries to the worker's body parts that occur on the production floor. PT. XYZ has tried to implement K3 by providing personal protective equipment (PPE). However, the application has not been optimal and the lack of awareness of workers in using personal protective equipment (PPE) has resulted in work accidents..Seeing the problems found in the research company, this focus is on giving recommendations in the form of OSH-related procedures in order to reduce workplace accidents in the company, The design procedure is based on the requirements of OHSAS 45001: 2018 and PP No. 50 of 2012. The existence of written procedures can be used by companies as a reference in implementing K3 to reduce work accidents in the company.
