Perancangan Dan Implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (erp) Modul Human Resource, Inventory Dan Sales Pada Pt. Global Insight Utama

Abstract

Abstrak PT. Global Insight Utama adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada layanan pengisian angin ban nitrogen pada SPBU Pertamina di seluruh Indonesia dengan nama merek Green Nitrogen serta slogan “NITROGEN keep the tire performanceâ€. PT. Global Insight Utama telah memiliki lebih dari 700 outlet dan lebih dari 1000 pegawai. Berdasarkan diskusi dengan direktur dan manajer perusahaan, permasalahan yang dialami oleh perusahaan yaitu lamanya waktu proses pengolahan data dikarenakan tidak terintegrasi pada setiap unit kerja dan lamanya waktu proses rekapitulasi data pada penjualan, gudang dan sumber daya manusia. Masalah ini diselesaikan dengan menggunakan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modul sales, inventory, human resource. Dengan sistem ERP diharapkan direksi dapat melihat langsung data dan informasi tanpa harus bertanya pada staff setiap unit kerja serta mempermudah dan mempersingkat waktu proses tiap unit kerja. Pengujian sistem ERP dilakukan dengan melakukan simulasi pada kantor pusat dan outlet yang berdekatan dengan kantor pusat untuk kemudahan pemantauan. Kualitas sistem ERP akan di evaluasi berdasarkan standar ISO 9126. Kata kunci : Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), sales, inventory, human resources, ISO 9126 Abstract PT. Global Insight Utama is a company engaged in nitrogen tire filling services at Pertamina gas stations throughout Indonesia under the brand name Green Nitrogen and the slogan "NITROGEN keep the tire performance". PT. Global Insight Utama has more than 700 outlets and more than 1000 employees. Based on discussions with directors and company managers, the problems experienced by the company are the length of time the data processing is due to not being integrated in each work unit and the length of time the data recapitulation process in sales, warehouse and human resources. This problem is solved by using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) module for sales, inventory, and human resource modules. With the ERP system it is hoped that directors can see data and information directly without having to ask the staff of each work unit as well as simplify and shorten the processing time of each work unit. ERP system testing is done by simulating the head office and outlets near to the head office for easy monitoring. The quality of the ERP system will be evaluated according to ISO 9126 standards.
