Pembangunan Aplikasi Borang Akreditasi Prodi Berbasis Aps 4.0 Sub Kegiatan Output Analisis Dan Reporting

Abstract

Abstrak Penyusunan borang akreditasi menggunakan instrumen yang diberikan oleh BAN-PT, yaitu instrumen borang akreditasi berbasis APS 4.0. Pada instrumen borang akreditasi terdapat dua dokumen, yaitu dokumen LKPS dan LED. Pada dokumen LKPS terdiri dari delapan indikator kinerja utama dan dokumen LED terdiri dari sembilan indikator kinerja utama. Pengisian borang akreditasi terdiri dari banyak data dan proses penyusunannya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dibutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dan penyusunan pelaporan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi sistem akreditasi yang dapat menghitung skor pada menu LKPS dan tidak melakukan input manual pada input data. Sistem yang mampu melakukan manajemen penyusunan akreditasi disebut aplikasi sistem akreditasi. Aplikasi tersebut dapat memproses data dan melaporkan hasil data LKPS dan LED. Aplikasi sistem akreditasi mengimplementasikan aljabar relasional dengan operasi set union dan matriks penilaian APS 4.0 sehingga mempermudah user pada penyusunan akreditasi terutama pada menu LKPS. Pelaporan hasil data menggunakan fitur ekspor file excel pada menu LKPS dan file pdf pada menu LED. Pengujian aplikasi sistem akreditasi menggunakan metode black box testing. Hasil pengujian tersebut didapatkan bahwa fitur-fitur aplikasi ini berfungsi dengan baik sehingga aplikasi dapat digunakan oleh user untuk menyusun akreditasi. Abstract One of part preparation of accreditation forms uses the instrument provided by BAN-PT, namely the APS 4.0 based accreditation form instrument. In the accreditation form instrument, there are two documents, namely LKPS and LED documents. The LKPS document consists of eight main performance indicators and the LED document consists of nine main performance indicators. Filling in the accreditation forms consists of a lot of data and the compilation process is still done manually so it takes a long time to collect data and compile reports. Therefore, this study aims to create an accreditation system application that can calculate scores on the LKPS menu and does not perform manual input on data input. A system capable of managing accreditation arrangements is called an accreditation system application. The application can process data and report the results of LKPS and LED data. The accreditation system application implements relational algebra with the union set operation and the APS 4.0 assessment matrix so that it makes it easier for users to prepare accreditation, especially on the LKPS menu. Reporting data results uses the excel file export feature on the LKPS menu and a pdf file on the LED menu. Testing the accreditation system application using the black box testing method. The test results show that the features of this application function properly so that the application can be used by users to compile accreditation.
