Analisis Dan Perancangan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Bumn Pada Proses Penetapan Peran Dan Perencanaan Teknologi Informasi Menggunakan Kerangka Kerja Cobit 2019 [studi Kasus : Pt Pos Indonesia (persero)]

Abstract

Abstrak Pada era sekarang TI sangat berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas dan efisiensi kegiatan bisnis disebuah perusahaan terutaman di sebuah perusahaan BUMN yaitu PT POS Indonesia (Persero), di perusahaan BUMN proses penetapan peran TI dan perencanaan TI berperan penting dalam sebuah perusahaan BUMN karena proses tersebut termasuk kebijakan strategis yang akan menentukan bagaiamana penerapan TI diperusahaan tersebut agar sesuai dengan peran dan sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor : PER-02/MBU/2013 tentang panduan penyusunan tata kelola TI BUMN, peraturan tersebut telah diperbarui menjadi Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor : PER-03/MBU/2018. Untuk menilai apakah penetapan peran TI dan perencanaan TI sudah sesuai dengan peraturan menteri tersebut digunakan penilaian capability menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 pada proses domain APO02 Manage Strategy dan APO03 Manage Enterprise Architecture. Penelitian ini mengembangkan penelitian-penelitian yang sebelumnya, penelitian yang sebelumnya menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 dan mengacu kepada Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor : PER-02/MBU/2013 dengan obyek penelitian perusahaan BUMN lain. Data-data untuk melengkapi penilaian capability berasal dari wawancara dan dokumen PT POS Indonesia (Persero). Hasil penilaian berupa analisis kesenjangan yang akan dipetakan berdasarkan prioritas risiko yang tertinggi, dan hasil dari penelitian ini berupa penambahan poin kebijakan tata kelola TI PT POS Indonesia (Persero). Abstract In the current era, IT is very influential on the effectiveness and efficiency of business activities in a company primarily in a state-owned company, namely PT POS Indonesia (Persero), in BUMN, the process of determining the role of IT and IT planning have an important role in a state-owned company (BUMN) because the process includes strategic policies that will determine how the application of IT in the company to suitable the role and in accordance with the Minister of BUMN Regulation Number: PER-02 / MBU / 2013 concerning guidelines for the preparation of BUMN IT governance, the regulation has been updated to BUMN Ministerial Regulation Number: PER-03 / MBU / 2018. To assess whether the role of IT and IT planning is in accordance with the ministerial regulation, capability assessment uses the COBIT 2019 framework in the APO02 Manage Strategy and APO03 Manage Enterprise Architecture domain processes. This research develops previous studies, previous studies using the COBIT 5 framework and refers to BUMN Ministerial Regulation Number: PER-02 / MBU / 2013 with other BUMN company research objects.
