Perancangan Aplikasi Startup Maiproyek Berbasis Website Menggunakan Framework Laravel Dengan Metode Iterative Incremental Untuk Meningkatkan Penelitian Mahasiswa

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam perkembangan teknologi yang digunakan meliputi teknologi informasi yang dapat memudahkan manusia untuk mencari, mempelajari, mendapatkan serta mengolah informasi yang diinginkannya secara mudah. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi khususnya sistem informasi pada universitas akan menjadi faktor pendukung kesuksesan dan kemajuan dari universitas tersebut. Universitas Telkom merupakan perguruan tinggi yang berperan aktif dalam ilmu pengetahuan yang berbasis teknologi informasi. Universitas Telkom memiliki faktor pendukung yaitu memilki jumlah mahasiswa yang banyak dan memiliki visi dan misi untuk menjadi Word Class University. Faktor pendukung tersebut dapat dikembangkan potensinya untuk mencapai tujuan menghasilkan lulusan terbaik. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut perlunya sumber daya manusia (mahasiswa) yang handal dalam artian memiliki soft skill serta hard skill yang baik yang didukung dari pengalaman di kampus. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini menawarkan solusi startup berbasis website untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Startup MaiProyek dibangun sebagai solusi untuk mahasiswa dan dosen dalam berkolaborasi mengerjakan proyek. Aplikasi MaiProyek dibangun menggunakan framework laravel yang berbasis konsep MVC (Model View Controller) yang dapat lebih mudah untuk mengembangkannya. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode iterative incremental dimana dalam proses pengerjaannya, dibagi menjasi empat fase yaitu fase Iteration, Elaboration, Construction dan Transsition. Abstract In the development of technology used to contain information technology that can facilitate humans to find, facilitate, process the desired information easily. The use of information technology specifically information systems at the university will be a supporting factor for the success and progress of the university. Telkom University is a university that is involved in science based on information technology. Telkom University has a supporting factor which is to have a large number of students and has a vision and mission to become a Word Class University. The supporting factors can be developed to achieve the goal of achieving the best achievement. To achieve these objectives, the need for reliable human resources (students) in terms of having good soft skills and hard skills that are supported from experience on campus. Therefore, the research offers a website-based startup solution to achieve that goal. The MaiProyek Startup was built as a solution for students and lecturers in collaborating on preparing projects. The MaiProyek application was built using a laravel framework based on the concept of MVC (Model View Controller) which can be more easily developed. In developing this application using the iterative incremental method where in the process of the process, it is divided into four phases namely Iteration, Elaboration, Construction and Transition.
