Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Untuk Manajemen Layanan Teknologi Informasi Pada Pt Pegadaian

Abstract

Abstrak Enterprise Architecture (EA) adalah sebuah strategi penyelarasan bisnis dan TI organisasi secara koheren. EA menjelaskan bagaimana memodelkan bisnis, data, informasi, aplikasi, dan teknologi yang dimiliki organisasi. Sehingga, pendekatan ini dirasa tepat jika memadukan disiplin ilmu antara EA dan ITSM. EA akan memberikan panduan dalam merancang arsitektur yang baik dengan sudut pandang organisasi secara menyeluruh. Sedangkan ITSM akan memberikan panduan dalam merancang proses-proses yang berkaitan dengan penyampaian dan dukungan layanan TI organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metodologi perancangan arsitektur menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF 9.1 ADM pada proses manajemen layanan TI tahap Service Operation yang mengacu pada ITILV3. Pada penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada perancangan EA dengan menggunakan TOGAF 9.1 ADM. Pada fase perencanaan (preliminary), Fase A: Architecture Vision, Fase B: Business Architecture, Fase C: Information System Architecture (Data Architectur dan Application Architecture), Fase D: Technology Architecture, Fase E: Opportunities and Solutions, dan Fase F: Migration Planning. Dalam perancangan arsitektur ini juga menggunakan ITILV3 sebagai acuan terhadap analisis kesesuaian antara stakeholder, proses, data, dan infrastruktur pada proses manajemen layanan TI tahap Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, dan Service Operation terhadap kebijakan atau prosedur operasional yang sedang dijalankan perusahaan. Sehingga dapat mengetahui kondisi perusahaan saat ini, untuk kemudian dilakukan perancangan arsitektur dimasa mendatang. Kata kunci: Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF ADM, ITILV3, ITSM Abstract Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a strategy to align business and IT organizations coherently. EA explains how to model business, data, information, applications, and organizational technology. Thus, this approach is considered appropriate when combining the disciplines between EA and ITSM. EA will provide guidance in designing good architecture with an overall organizational perspective. Whereas ITSM will provide guidance in designing processes related to sending organizations and supporting IT services. In this research, the architectural design methodology is used using the TOGAF 9.1 ADM framework in the IT service management process that refers to ITILV3. In this study only limited to the design TOGAF 9.1 ADM: Preliminary Phase, Phase A: Architectural Vision, Phase B: Business Architecture, Phase C: Information Systems Architecture (Data Architecture and Application Architecture), Phase D: Technology Architecture, Phase E: Opportunities and Solutions, Phase F: Migration Planning. In architectural design also use ITILV3 stage of Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operation as a reference for analysis of conformity between stakeholders, processes, data, and infrastructure in the management phase of the IT service management process to policies or operational procedures that are being carried out by the company.
