Penerapan Metode Tropos Untuk Rekayasa Kebutuhan Pada Pembangunan Cyber Counseling Di Smk Telkom Bandung

Abstract

Abstrak Rekayasa kebutuhan adalah proses didalam menggali kebutuhan dan keinginan stakeholder dan mengembangkannya menjadi sebuah persyaratan terperinci yang harus disepakati dengan tujuan untuk landasan dalam pembangunan sitem informasi nantinya. Kegagalan dalam proses rekayasa kebutuhan akan meyebabkan gagalnya sistem infromasi yang dibangun. SMK Telkom Bandung adalah sekolah swasta terbaik di Kabupaten Bandung. Pada bidang bimbingan dan konseling di SMK Telkom Bandung belum dapat dirasakana manfaaatnya semaksimal mungkin oleh para siswanya, karena sulitnya siswa dalam mengatur jadwal guru yang hannya terdiri dari beberapa guru saja, waktu bimbingan dan konseling yang singkat, privasi yang kurang terjamin dan lain sebagai nya, sehingga membuat beberapa siswa mengalami penurunan prestasi akademik. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkannya sebuah sistem informasi yang berkualitas agar dapat meningkatkan pemanfaatkan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Salah satu metode rekayasa kebutuhan user terhadap sistem informasi yaitu goal oriented requirements engineering (GORE). Salah satu metode GORE yaitu TROPOS. Metode TROPOS memiiki kelebihan dari metode lainya yaitu dapat menawarkan analisis kebutuhan secara detail dan menyeluruh pada awal pengembangan perangkat lunak, serta mekanisme requirement nya yang paling lengkap dari metode GORE lainnya. Metode TROPOS ini difokuskan pada analisis fase early requirement dan late requirement. Sistem informasi yang dihasilkan, akan dievaluasi bersama stakeholder dengan menggunakan balack box testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan black bos testing yaitu 90% serta pengujian dengan SUS diperoleh nilai sebesar 78.86, dengan hasil tersebut dapat dijadikan landasan bawah sistem informasi yang dibangun dapat di implementasikan dan digunakan di SMK Telkom Bandung untuk membantu guru BK dan siswanya untuk dimanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin dalam melakukan proses bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract Requirement engineering is a process in exploring the need and the desire of stakeholders and developing it into a detailed requirement that must be agreed with the objectives of the foundation in the development of the next information system. The failure in the needs of the engineering process will cause the failure in the information system which has been created. Bandung Telkom Vocational School is the best Vocational School in district Bandung. The divison of guidance and councelling at Bandung Telkom Vocational School cannot be implemented to the maximum possible extent by the students because the problems in managing the teacher's schedules, such as the limitation of the teacher's number, time, insecure privacy, etc. It surprisingly made the students experience a decrease in their academic achievements. Therefore, we need a quality information system in order to increase the use of guidance and counselling in schools. One of the information systems of engineering method is Goal Oriented Requirements Engineering (GORE). It has several methods that includes TROPOS. The selection of TROPOS method is based on its strengths which can offer a detailed and comprehensive need analysis at the beginning of software development, as well as the most complete mechanism requirements of other GORE methods. TROPOS method is focused in analyzing the early as well as late requirements phases. The information systems are generated and evaluated by the stakeholders applying the black box testing and System of Usability Scale. Based on the black box testing is 90% adn SUS test results obtained a value of 78.86. This result can be made as the fondation under the information system which has been implemented at Bandung Telkom Vocational School with the aim is to help the counselling teachers and the students in the counselling guidance process.
