Perancangan Aplikasi Marketplace Open Innovation Berbasis Website

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan dan organisasi kini dituntut untuk bisa mendapatkan banyak inovasi yang menarik dan berguna setiap harinya agar dapat bersaing dan bertahan dalam kegiatan proses bisnisnya, sehingga munculnya konsep open innovation sebagai solusi. Dari konsep tersebut, sebuah perantara berupa aplikasi marketplace open innovation berbasis website sebagai wadah bagi pihak eksternal dalam mengkomersilkan ide mereka dengan efisien dan efektif, dimana metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah waterfall model. Proses bisnis yang dirancang dalam aplikasi ini adalah bidding, sehingga tiap pencari inovasi dapat menawarkan harga yang ingin ditawarkan untuk bersaing mendapatkan inovasi dari inovator. Perancangan aplikasi melibatkan tujuh responden dalam melakukan validasi masalah. Fitur yang dirancang telah selesai dibangun, dan sudah dilakukan pengujian fungsional dan non-fungsional. Pengujian fungsional dan nonfungsional memberikan hasil yang keseluruhannya lulus pengujian.

ABSTRACT Companies and organizations are now required to be able to get many interesting and useful innovations every day so that they can compete and survive in their business process activities, so that the concept of open innovation is emerging as a solution. From this concept, an intermediary in the form of a website-based open innovation marketplace application as a forum for external parties to commercialize their ideas efficiently and effectively, where the application development method used is the waterfall model. The business process designed in this application is bidding, so that each innovation seeker can offer the price he wants to offer to compete for innovation from innovators. The application design involved seven respondents in validating the problem. The designed features have been completed, and functional and non-functional testing has been carried out. Functional and non-functional tests provide overall results that pass the test.
