Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (studi Kasus: Pt Etos Indonusa)

Perencanaan strategis sistem informasi (PSSI) merupakan kumpulan strategi yang menggambarkan tujuan dari sistem dan arsitektur teknologi. PT Etos Indonusa merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung fungsi bisnisnya. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan section head IT, Perusahaan tersebut memerlukan pengembangan sistem yang sudah dimiliki saat ini, karena saat ini fitur-fiturnya belum lengkap sehingga data yang dimiliki perusahaan tidak terintegrasi secara maksimal. Hal tersebut menyebabkan section head IT PT Etos Indonusa melihat perlu adanya perencanaan strategis sistem informasi. Perencanaan strategis sistem informasi ini dibuat menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) dan menghasilkan dokumen blueprint IT. Dokumen blueprint IT yang dihasilkan juga diuji dengan Enterprise Architecture Scorecard (EA Scorecard). Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan oleh section head IT adalah 91,4%. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan prototype salah satu fitur yang saat ini menjadi prioritas kebutuhan perusahaan.

Information systems strategic planning (PSSI) is a collection of strategies that describe the objectives of the system and technology architecture. PT Etos Indonusa is a company that applies information technology to support its business functions. Based on the results of interviews with the section head IT, the company requires the development of a system that is already owned at this time, because at this time the features are not yet complete so the data owned by the company are not optimally integrated. This caused the section head IT PT Etos Indonusa to see the need for information systems strategic planning. This information system strategic planning was created using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method and produced an IT blueprint document. IT blueprint documents produced will also be tested with the Enterprise Architecture Scorecard (EA Scorecard). The results of tests conducted by the section head IT were 91.4%. This research also produced a prototype of one of the features that is currently a priority for the company's needs.
