Perancangan Master Plan Project Management Pada Proyek Sttf Pasirbuluh Lembang Berdasarkan Project Management Body Of Knowledge Di Pt.xyz

Abstract

Abstrak Perluasan jaringan telekomunikasi PT.XYZ terus dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen di Indonesia, salah satunya yaitu proyek STTF (shifting to the front) yang dikerjakan di daerah Pasirbuluh, Bandung. Dalam pelaksanaanya proyek yang dikerjakan oleh PT.XYZ berpotensi mengalami kegagalan atau masalah, salah satu penyebabnya yaitu membuat perencanaan yang belum terdefinisi dengan menyeluruh sehingga pelaksanaan proyek tidak berjalan dengan baik, penyebabnya yaitu tidak adanya strategi komunikasi, tidak ada penanganan risiko, kualitas proyek tidak sesuai karena tidak ada kontrol kualitas, dan penjadwalan aktivitas yang kurang baik. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut PT.XYZ membutuhkan pedoman perencanaan yang baik sebagai guideline dengan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen proyek untuk pelaksanaan proyek yang disebut dengan master plan project management. Master plan project management ini membahas aspek-aspek dalam proyek seperti scope, time, cost, quality, stakeholder, communication, resource, integration, procurement dan risk. Dengan membuat perencanaan yang terdefinisi dengan baik selama tahap perencanaan sangat mempengaruhi pada keberhasilan proyek, juga dapat terhindari dari perubahan yang mahal, keterlambatan, pengerjaan ulang, pembengkakan biaya dan lain sebagainya

Abstract The expansion of PT.XYZ telecommunication network continues to meet the needs of consumers in Indonesia, one of them is the network expansion project which was undertaken in Pasirbuluh, Bandung. In its implementation, the project undertaken by PT. XYZ has the potential to experience failure or problems, In the implementation project undertaken by PT. XYZ decides the solution or problem, one of the causes is making a plan that has not been thoroughly defined so that project implementation is not going well, the cause is the absence of a communication strategy, there is no risk management, the quality of the project is not appropriate because it is not there is quality control, and the scheduling of activities is not good. To avoid this, PT. XYZ needs good planning guidelines using a project management approach for project implementation called the master plan project management, it discusses aspects of the project such as scope, time, cost, quality, stakeholders, communication, resources, and risk. By making a well-defined plan during the planning stage greatly influences the success of the project, it can also avoid expensive changes, delays, reworking, cost overruns, and so forth.
