Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengelolaan Hunian Sewa Berbasis Website Pada Kos-kosan Pondok Salma

Abstract

Abstrak – Pondok Salma merupakan hunian sewa yang terletak di kota Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Hunian sewa ini sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2017 dengan 2 lantai dan total 20 kamar. Sistem manajemen yang diterapkan pada hunian sewa ini masih dengan sistem konvensional, seperti pembayaran dan laporan keluhan masih melalui penjaga hunian sewa tersebut. Sistem yang diterapkan sekarang dianggap kurang efektif untuk mengolah segala kegiatan hubungan antara penghuni hunian sewa dan penjaga hunian sewa ataupun pemilik dari hunian sewa tersebut. Untuk menanggapi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen untuk pengelolaan hunian sewa berbasis website menggunakan metode Agile Development. Perancangan sistem juga dilakukan dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language. Hasil dari perancangan sistem manajemen kemudian diuji menggunakan Blackbox Testing dan ISO 9126.

Kata Kunci: Agile Development, UML, system design, ISO 9126 Abstract - Pondok Salma is a rental housing located in the city of Tasikmalaya, West Java. This rental housing has been established since 2017 with 2 floors and a total of 20 rooms. The management system applied to the rental housing is still with the conventional system, such as payments and complaints reports still through the guard of the rental housing. The current system is deemed ineffective in processing all the activities of the relationship between the occupants of the rental housing and the guards of the rental housing or the owner of the rental housing. To respond to these problems, a management information system was designed to manage website-based rental housing using the Agile Development method. The system design is also done using Unified Modeling Language. The results of the management system design are then tested using Blackbox Testing and ISO 9126.
