Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pada Model Bisnis Halal Tourism Secara Offline Dan Online Berbasis Website Menuju Industri Pariwisata Kreatif Yang Berkelanjutan

Abstract

Abstrak Pariwisata merupakan salah satu produk usaha pada bidang pelayanan dan jasa. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan potensi pariwisata yang besar baik dilihat pada lokasi dan fasilitas maupun jumlah pasar atau market yang sangat luas. dapat dilihat secara jelas bawah sektor ini menyumbang 5.25% Pendapatan Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia. Potensi pariwisata sangatlah besar dalam mendongkrak sektor ekonomi, sosial, di Indonesia Salah satu bidang wisata yang saat ini mengalami kemajuan adalah wisata halal. kemampuan Indonesai dalam mengembangkan wisata halal sangat besar dilihat dari masyrakat yang mayoritas muslim. Namun dalam upaya pengembangan sektor wisata halal terdapat hambatan pada proses pemasaran dengan lingkup yang tertalu sempit, terbatasnya akses, dan informasi yang sangat sedikit. Seperti studi kasus biro AlMabrur Tour and Travel penyedia jasa wisata halal di kota Solo. Oleh karena itu Manajemen Sistem Informasi dirancang dalam membantu proses bisnis wisata halal. Perancangan sistem informasi berbasis website secara online menggunakan metode Waterfall diagram. Dimulai dari proses planning, analisis kebutuhan, penggambaran Usecase Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram, proses coding sampai maintanance. Rancangan sistem dipetakan berdasarkan Real Value Added (RVA), Benfit Value Added (BVA), dan Non Value Added (NVA) serta menghitung waktu siklusnya. System Usability Scale (SUS) dilakuakan guna mendapatkan feedback dari end user sebagai penilaian secara subjektif. Score SUS yang didapat sebersar 73.45, dikatakan baik dan usable untuk dijalankan. Efisiensi sistem didapat dari perbandingan proses bisnis eksisting dengan nilai 59.48% dan proses bisnis usulan sebesar 65.41%. Artinya sistem usulan di nilai lebih baik dari efisiensi waktu siklusaktivitasperusahaan. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Waterfall, Pemetaan Proses Bisnis, System Usability Scale (SUS), dan Efisiensi
Abstract Tourism is one of the business products in the service sector and services. Indonesia is a country with a large tourism potential seen by strategic location and facilities as well as the large number of markets. It can be seen clearly that this sector have counributed for 5.25% Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia. The tourism potential is huge in boosting the economic, social sector in Indonesia. One area of tourism that is currently experiencing progress is halal tourism. Indonesia's ability to develop halal tourism is very large in view of the majority Muslim community. However, in an effort to develop the halal tourism sector there are obstacles to the marketing process with too narrow a scope, limited access, andverylittle information. Asacase study ofthe Al-MabrurTour andTravel agency,ahalal tour service provider in the city of Solo. Therefore the Management Information System is designed to help the halal tourism business process. Designing an online website-based information system using the Waterfall diagram method. Starting from the process of planning, needs analysis, description of Usecase Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, coding processes to maintenance. The system design is mapped based on Real Value Added (RVA), Benfit Value Added (BVA), and Non Value Added (NVA) and calculatesthecycletime.System Usability Scale(SUS)isdoneinordertogetfeedbackfromendusers asa subjective assessment.The SUSscore obtained is73.45, showinga goodvalue andis usable torun.
