Preventive Maintenance Pada Usaha Rental Mobil "flega" Di Kota Samarinda Menggunakan Metode Risk Based Maintenance (Rbm)

Abstract

Abstrak Rental mobil Flega merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang penyewaan mobil, saat ini rental mobil Flega memiliki tiga buah mobil yaitu Avanza dan 2 Gran max pick up, usaha ini terletak di kota Samarinda Kalimantan Timur. Untuk menjalankan usaha rental mobil dibutuhkan kegiatan maintenance yang benar agar mobil tidak mengalami kerusakan dan mengoptimasi laba perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perlu diterapkan kegiatan preventive maintenance untuk mencegah kerusakan pada mobil rental dan mengoptimasi laba perusahaan dengan menggunakakn perhitungan Risk Based Maintenance (RBM). terdapat tiga kompoen kritis pada mobil Gran max pick up dan Avanza yang menjadi fokus pada penelitian kali ini komponen tersebut yaitu Kampas Kopling, Kampas Rem, dan Accu. Dari hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan metode Risk Based Maintenance, Mobil Gran max pick up memiliki risiko sebesar Rp. 1.788.419 (1.992%) dan untuk mobil Avanza memiliki risiko sebesar Rp. 1.573.704 (1.656%), risiko yang dimiliki oleh mobil Gran max pick up dan Avanza telah melewati kriteria penerimaan risiko yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan yaitu sebesar Rp. 673.200 untuk Gran max pick up dan Rp. 712.800 untuk Avanza. Maka dari itu diperlukan perumusan interval waktu perawatan. Interval waktu perawatan Gran max pick up untuk kampas Kopling 1091.92 jam, Kampas Rem 1488.22 jam, dan Accu 1341.97 jam, dan interval waktu perawatan Avanza untuk Kampas Kopling 1322.43 jam, Kampas Rem 1623.99 jam dan Accu 2025.54 jam.

Abstract Flega car rental is a business engaged in the car rental, currently Flega car rental has three cars namely Avanza dan 2 Gran max pick up. This business is located in the city of Samarinda, East Kalimantan. To run a car rental business, proper maintenance activities are needed so that the car does not suffer damage and optimize company profits. Therefore it is necessary to apply preventive maitenance activities to prevent damage to rental cars and optimize company profits by using Risk Based Maintenance (RBM) calculations. In this study the authors get some of the components that most often nexperience damage to the Gran max pick up and Avanza cars, there are three critical components on the Gran max pick up and Avanza cars there are the focus of this research. These components are Clutchh Couplings, Brake Pasds, andn Accu. Froom the results of data processiing that has been done using the Risk Based Miaintenance method, the Gran max pick up car has a risk of Rp. 1.788.419 (1.992%) and for Avanza cars there is a risk of Rp. 1.573.704 (1.656%), the risk possessed by the Gran max pick up and Avanza cars has passed the risk acceptance criteria set by the company in the amount of Rp. 673.200 for the Gran max pick up and Rp. 712.800 for Avanza. Therefore it is necessary to formulate the time iinterval of treatment. Miantenance time intervals that have beenn obtained from the calculation result on the Gran max pick up car for Clutch Couplings 1091.92 hours, Brake pads 1488.22 hours, and Accu 1341.97 hours, and Avanza car time intervals for Clutch Couplings 1322.43 hours, Brake Pads 1623.99 hours, and Accu 2025.54 hour.
