Evaluasi Model Bisnis Pentesting Indonesia Dengan Menggunakan Metode Business Model Canvas

Abstract

Abstrak Model Bisnis Kanvas (BMC) menggambarkan kondisi model bisnis perusahaan dengan sembilan elemen model bisnis yang dapat dipahami dengan mudah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pentesting Indonesia yang merupakan perusahaan penyedia layanan cyber security. Segmen pelanggan Pentesting Indonesia berupa perusahaan besar dengan sistem keamanan yang tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis lingkungan eksternal, analisis SWOT, dan value proposition canvas. Langkah awal penelitian adalah memetakan model bisnis eksisting Pentesting Indonesia yang memperlihatkan costumer segment, customer relationship, value proposition, channels, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnership, dan cost structure. Model bisnis eksisting yang sudah dipetakan akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis lingkungan eksternal dan analisis SWOT dan strategi. Evaluasi model bisnis dapat dilakukan untuk menciptakan nilai baru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Menentukan kebutuhan konsumen dilakukan dengan membuat value proposition canvas yang berisikan customer profile dan value map. Hasil dari value proposition canvas akan tercipta produk atau jasa baru dengan nilai yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Strategi atau nilai baru yang didapat, kemudian akan diterapkan pada model bisnis usulan Pentesting Indonesia. This research was conducted at Pentesting Indonesia, which is a cyber security service provider company. The customer segment of Pentesting Indonesia is a large enterprise with a high security system. Methods used in this study are environmental analysis, SWOT analysis, and the value proposition canvas. The first step in the study is to chart the existing business model that shows the customer segment, customer relationships, value proposition, channels, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. The mapped existing business model will be analyzed using external environment analysis and SWOT analysis and strategy. The evaluation of a business model can be carried out to create new values according to the customer's needs. Determining the needs of consumers is done by creating a value proposition canvas that contains the customer profile and value map. The results of the value proposition canvas will create new products or services with values that fit the needs of consumers. The new strategies or values obtained will then be applied to the proposed Pentesting Indonesia business model.
