Evaluasi Website Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Pariwisata Kota Bandung Menggunakan Metode Webuse Dan Importance-performance Analysis (ipa)

Abstract

Abstrak Bidang pariwisata merupakan program unggulan pemerintah terkhusus pemerintah daerah untuk menyebarkan informasi dan guna meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang baik bagi masyarakat. Meskipun saat ini Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Bandung telah menerapkan sistem informasi e-government berbasis website, namun terdapat berbagai keluhan dari pengguna website yang menyebutkan bahwa informasi pada website sulit ditemukan, respon website yang cukup lama saat diakses dan lain sebagainya, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi usability pada website untuk meningkatkan kemudahan dan efisiensi pengguna dalam menggunakan website Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Bandung. Untuk mengevaluasi usability sebuah website dibutuhkan sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur usability dari sudut pandang pengguna, sehingga metode yang akan digunakan adalah website usability evaluation tool (WEBUSE), kemudian hasil evaluasi WEBUSE akan diukur menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengetahui perbaikan apa saja yang harus diprioritaskan untuk dilakukan agar meningkatkan kemudahan dan efisiensi dalam penggunaan website. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan usability website saat ini berada pada level “Moderate†dengan nilai usability sebesar 0.56, sedangkan perbaikan website yang dilakukan telah meningkatkan level usability website menjadi level “Good†dengan nilai usability sebesar 0.78. Hasil performance (kinerja) website saat ini memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 3.25, sedangkan kinerja website hasil perbaikan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 4.10. Kemudian, untuk 11 permasalahan website yang saat ini masuk ke dalam kuadran concentrate here sudah diperbaiki dan menunjukkan peningkatan dengan masuk ke dalam kuadran keep up the good work. To evaluate the usability of a website, a method is needed to measure usability from a user's point of view, so the method used is the website usability evaluation tool (WEBUSE), then the results of the WEBUSE evaluation will be measured using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine improvements. what must be prioritized to be done in order to increase the ease and efficiency of using the website. The results of this study indicate that the website usability is currently at the "Moderate" level with a usability value of 0.56, while the improvements made to the website have increased the website usability level to the "Good" level with a usability value of 0.78. Current website performance results have an average value of 3.25, while the improved website performance has increased to 4.10. Then, the 11 website problems that are currently included in the concentrate here quadrant have been fixed and show an increase by entering the keep up the good work quadrant.
