Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Planning Untuk Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (studi Kasus Usaha Garment)

Abstract

Abstrak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah(UMKM) adalah salah satu program dari pemerintah untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan untuk rakyat indonesia UMKM sendiri telah diatur dalam beberapa undangundang yang mengklasifikasian UMKM menjadi memiliki syarat untuk berkembang dan memiliki daya saingnya, diera modern seperti saat perkembangan teknologi juga pasti berdampak pada perkembangan bisnis dari para pemilik usaha UMKM. UMKM sendiri beberapa sudah mulai menerapkan teknologi pada bisnisnya tapi masih banyak yang masih belum tahu menggunakan teknologi untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya. Teknologi Informasi akan sangat membantu para pengusaha UMKM untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya, misalnya untuk pemesanan, pembukuan, produksi, dan pengiriman proses ini semua akan sangat terbantu dengan adanya Teknologi Informasi mulai dari peningkatan kualitas juga ketepatan dan kecepatan dalam proses produksi, dari hasil analisis ini diharapkan bias menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan beberapa UMKM untuk lebih baik dimasa modern seperti sekarang. Untuk dapat menerapkan itu semua UMKM harus memiliki perancangan enterprise architecture terutama untuk bagian pemesanan juga UMKM harus memiliki Enterprise Architecture Planning untuk memiliki blueprint dalam pengembangan proses bisnisnya juga pengembangan teknologi informasinya Framework yang digunakan disini yaitu Zachman Framework dimana EAP sendiri menggunakan cakupan pada 2 kolom atas pada Zachman Framework yang membahas tentang perencanan pengembangan teknologi informasi dari para pengusaha UMKM sendiri yang nantinya akan menghasilkan blueprint yang dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengusaha UMKM Kata kunci : Enterprise Architecture, Zachman Framework, Enterprise Architecture Planing(EAP), Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah ISSN : 2355-9365 e-Proceeding of Engineering : Vol.8, No.1 Februari 2021 | Page 617Abstrack Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah(UMKM) is one of the programs of the government to open up employment opportunities for the Indonesian people. Information Technology will greatly help UMKM entrepreneurs to develop their business, for example for ordering, accounting, production, and delivery of this process will all be greatly helped by the existence of Information Technology ranging from improving quality as well as accuracy and speed in the production process, from the results of this analysis are expected to be biased. became a reference in the development of several UMKM to be better in the modern era like now. To be able to apply that all UMKM must have an enterprise architecture design, especially for the ordering section, UMKM must also have Enterprise Architecture Planning to have a blueprint in developing their business processes as well as developing their information technology.
