Abstract

Abstrak E-learning merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam penyelesaian masalah belajar mengajar konvensional, salah satunya dengan menggunakan learning management system (LMS). Penerimaan mahasiswa dalam implementasi merupakan salah satu langkah vital untuk mengetahui keberhasilan implentasi LMS. Penelitian ini akan mengidentifikasi faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan mahasiswa terhadap implementasi LMS di Universitas Telkom. UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). Berdasarkan Analisis Data dengan menggunakan model konseptual yang telah ditentukan dengan perhitungan menggunakan SmartPLS, maka didapat bahwa, Performance Expectancy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intentions, Effort Expectancy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intentions, Social Influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intentions, Facilitation Conditions berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Use Behavior, Behavioral Intentions berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Use Behavior. Kata Kunci : Penerimaan Mahasiswa, E-Learning, LMS, UTAUT, SmartPLS Abstract E-learning is an alternative in solving conventional teaching and learning problems, one of which is by using a learning management system (LMS). Student acceptance in LMS implementation is one of the vital steps to determine the success of LMS implementation. This study will identify the factors that influence student acceptance on the implementation of LMS at Telkom University with UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). Based on data analysis using a conceptual model that has been determined by calculation using SmartPLS, it is found that, Performance Expectancy has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intentions, Effort Expectancy has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intentions, Social Influence has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intentions, Facilitation Conditions have a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior, Behavioral Intentions have a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior Keywords: Student Acceptance, E-learning, LMS, UTAUT, SmartPLS.
