Perancangan Sistem Informasi Aktivitas Penjualan Dan Monitoring Persediaan Barang Berbasis Web Pada Toko Kiss Secondbrand Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development

Abstract

Abstrak Kiss secondbrand merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian bekas impor yang juga dikenal thrift. Proses bisnis yang ada di UMKM ini masih dengan cara manual dari segi pencatatan data keluar masuk barang serta untuk mengetahui laporan keuangan yang ada di UMKM ini, Dengan demikian informasi yang diterima oleh pihak owner sulit untuk didapatkan secara cepat dan tepat. Pada rancangan Sistem informasi Aktivitas Penjualan dan Monitoring Persediaan Barang ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) di dalam pengembangannya. Pada pengembangan model RAD memiliki empat fase pengembangan, yaitu requirement planning, user design, construction, dan cutover. Fase cutover yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini hanya membahas mengenai pengujian rancangan sistem informasi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa, desain rancangan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh owner dan pegawai. Pada sisi owner memiliki fitur untuk membuat user, melihat data stok barang, dan melihat serta mencetak laporan penjualan. Pada sisi pegawai memiliki fitur untuk meng-input data barang masuk dan keluar, melihat data stok barang, dan melihat serta mencetak laporan penjualan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari ujicoba desain pada calon pengguna menyatakan bahwa sistem telah sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna yang dipresentasikan menggunakan aplikasi SISINLAN. The business processes in this store are still manual in terms of recording data in and out of goods and to find out the financial reports that are in this store, thus the information received by the owner is difficult to obtain quickly and accurately. The design of the Sales Activity Information System and Inventory Monitoring uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in its development. In the development of the RAD model, there are four development phases, namely requirement planning, user design, construction, and cutover. The cutover phase carried out in this study only discusses the testing of the information system design. The results of this study are the design of a web-based sales information system that can be used by owners and employees. On the owner's side, it has features to create a user, view inventory data, and view and print sales reports. On the employee side, it has features to input incoming and outgoing goods data, view inventory data, and view and print sales reports. The results obtained from design trials on prospective users state that the system is in accordance with the wishes of the user which is presented using the SISINLAN application.
