Perancangan Arsitektur Enterprise Menggunakan Framework Togaf Pada Pt Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia Divisi Manufaktur

Abstract

ABSTRAK Di zaman yang sudah serba modern ini, tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi bahwa perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah berkembang dengan sangat pesat. TI dinilai sangat membantu kegiatan manusia sehari-hari. Salah satu entitas yang sangat terbantu akan keberadaan TI adalah Perusahaan. Perusahaan bisa memanfaatkan TI untuk kepentingan bisnis perusahaan. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan TI yang bisa diterapkan diperusahaan adalah Enterprise Architecture ( EA) atau Arsitektur Enterprise. EA merupakan suatu metode dalam merancang, mempersiapkan dan memodelkan struktur bisnis dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi. EA berguna bagi perusahaan karena didalam EA terdapat berbagai tools dan metode yang bisa bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas bisnis dari suatu perusahaan. PEI adalah untuk menunjang pasokan bahan baku untuk proses produksi di PT. Pindad. PT. PEI merupakan perusahaan yang berorientasi pada pelanggan, oleh karena itu, PT. PEI diharuskan memiliki suatu Sistem Informasi yang dapat memproduksi produk yang menjamin kepuasan pelanggan. PT. PEI juga memiiki berbagai Divisi. Salah satu Divisi tersebut adalah Divisi Manufaktur. Divisi Manufaktur memiliki berbagai proses bisnis. Akan tetapi proses bisnis yang terjadi pada Divisi Manufaktur masih belum berjalan sesuai dengan visi dan misi perusahaan. Salah satu bentuk penerapan Sistem Informasi yang dapat mendukung salah Divisi Manufaktur PT. PEI itu adalah dengan merancang Arsitektur Enterprise (EA).EA memiliki berbagai jenis framework. Salah satu jenis framework adalah TOGAF. TOGAF merupakan framework EA yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan Divisi Manufaktur PT. IT is considered very helpful for daily human activities. One entity that is greatly helped by the existence of IT is the Company. Company can use IT for the company's business interests. EA is a method in designing, preparing and modeling business structures and information technology infrastructure. EA is useful for companies because in EA there are various tools and methods that can be useful to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's business. PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia (PEI) is a subsidiary of PT. Pindad (Persero). The existence of PT. PEI is to support the supply of raw materials for the production process at PT. Pindad. PT. PEI is a customeroriented company, therefore, PT. PEI is required to have an Information System that can produce products that guarantee customer satisfaction. PT. PEI also has various divisions. One such division is the Manufacturing Division. The Manufacturing Division has various business processes. However, the business processes that occur in the Manufacturing Division are still not running according to the company's vision and mission. One form of application of Information Systems that can support the Manufacturing Division of PT. PEI is to design an Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA has various types of frameworks.
