Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengelolaan Barang Pada Pt.gea Refrigerator Indonesia Menggunakan Metode Adaptive Software Development

Abstract

Abstrak PT. GEA Refrigerator Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri mesin pendingin, dan suku cadang serta service (purna jual). Pada saat ini sistem pengeloaan barang di PT. GEA Refrigerator belum terintegrasi antara pihak sales engineer dan pihak warehouseman yang mengakibatkan adanya perbedaan data yang cukup signifikan antara 2 departemen tersebut. Perbedaan tersebut terjadi karena barang yang in stock belum di update oleh pihak Sales engineer, dan ada sparepart yang sudah dikirim ke Customer tetapi Warehouseman belum melaporkan kepada sales engineer. Metode agile dipilih karena memiliki kelebihan yaitu testing dapat dilakukan setiap saat dan pengerjaan aplikasi tidak memakan waktu yang banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi manajemen pengelolaan barang yang sudah terintegrasi antara Warehouseman, Sales engineer dan finance. Rancangan yang dihasilkan merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang sudah terintegrasi antara warehouseman dan sales engineer. Berdasarkan hasil user acceptance test yang sudah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan aplikasi yang sudah dibuat dapat mempermudah pekerjaan antara warehouseman, sales engineer dan finance. Maka kesimpulan dari perancangan aplikasi berbasis web untuk pengelolaan barang pada PT. GEA Refrigeration adalah: Membuat sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan barang yang sudah terintegrasi membuat tidak adanya perbedaan data antara sales engineer dengan warehouseman dan Komunikasi antara pihak sales engineer dengan warehouseman lebih efektif. GEA Refrigerator has not been integrated between the sales engineer and the warehousing party which resulted in significant data differences between the 2 departments. This difference occurs because the goods in stock have not been updated by the Sales engineer, and there are spare parts that have been sent to the customer but Warehouseman has not reported it to the sales engineer. The agile method was chosen because it has advantages, namely testing can be done at any time and the application work does not take a lot of time.This study aims to produce an integrated goods management information system design between Warehouseman, Sales engineer and finance. The resulting design is a web-based application that has been integrated between warehouse and sales engineers. Based on the results of the user acceptance test that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application that has been made can simplify the work between warehouse personnel, sales engineers and finance.So the conclusion from designing a web-based application for goods management at PT.
