Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan industri layanan berbelanja online di Indonesia berkembang cukup pesat pada tahun 2019. Hal tersebut membuat perusahaan layanan finansial kredit atau cicilan online berlomba-lomba untuk meramaikan industri berbelanja online untuk mendukung transaksi pengguna platform berbelanja online agar bisa merasakan keuntungan tawaran cicilan dalam berbelanja online. Tetapi masih terdapat keraguan terhadap penggunaan layanan cicilan online oleh masyarakat dikarenakan mengangandung unsur riba. Hal tersebut melatarbelakangi Syawall untuk menjadi alternatif solusi terhadap masalah penggunaan layanan cicilan online yang tidak sesuai syariah islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membantu pengguna layanan cicilan online saat bertransaksi berbelanja online. Pentingnya user interface dan user experience pada perancangan sebuah website adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemudahan usability website bagi pengguna layanan cicilan online. Metode yang digunakan merupakan user-centered design, karena di setiap prosesberfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna. Evaluasi yang digunakan adalah usability testing dengan indikator mission usabilityscore (MIUS) dan maze usability score (MAUS) menggunakan tools Maze. Melalui hasil evaluasi tersebut didapat maze usability score 90 yang masuk dalam kategori tinggi sehingga menunjukkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan usability pengguna. Abstract The development of the online shopping service industry in Indonesia is growing quite rapidly in 2019. This has made financial service companies credit or online installments vying to enliven the online shopping industry to support transactions for online shopping platform users so that they can feel the benefits of installment offers in online shopping. But there are still doubts about the use of online installment services by the public because it contains elements of usury. This is the background for Syawall to be an alternative solution to the problem of using online installment services that are not in accordance with Islamic sharia. The purpose of this study is to help users of online installment services when transacting online shopping. The importance of the user interface and user experience in designing a website is to determine the level of ease of website usability for users of online installment services. The method used is user-centered design, because each process focuses on user needs. The evaluation used is usability testing with indicators of mission usability score (MIUS) and maze usability score (MAUS) using Maze tools.
