Perancangan Model Bisnis CV. Gilang Putra Menggunakan Pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC)
Abstrak
Abstrak-CV Gilang Putra merupakan salah satu perusahaan lokal dalam bidang bisnis jasa penyewaan alat-alat pesta, yang biasanya menerima jasa penyewaan, pemasangan bakan penyediaa fasilitas produk keperluan pesta, perusahaan berada di Jawa Barat, Ciamis. CV Gilang Putra memiliki masalah yaitu model bisnis perusahaan yang belum dipetakan. Metode penyenyelesaian masalah yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Salah satu metode untuk bisa menggambarkan suatu model bisnis dari perusahaan yaitu dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Dalam mengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuisioner. Pemilihan narasumber dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukan CV Gilang Putra sudah memiliki bisnis model eksisting yang sesuai dengan 9 blok pada business model canvas. Setelah mendapatkan model bisnis eksisting, baru mencari data sekunder pada lingkungan model bisnis dan costumer profile. Lingkungan model bisnis dan costumer profile di analisis menggunakan analisis SWOT sehingga output dari tugas akhir ini merupakan usulan model bisnis CV Gilang Putra yang dipetakan kedalam 9 blok business model canvas.
