Usulan Perancangan Sistem Pemeliharaan Mesin Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) pada Pemanfaatan Mesin Packer Chronos 6
Abstract
Abstrak- PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills merupakan perusahaan memproduksi tepung terigu. Pada bulan November 2020 – Oktober 2021, perusahaan mengalami instabilitas total produksi sehingga tidak memenuhi target produksi yaitu 30.000 Ton setiap bulan. Berdasarkan identifikasi permasalahan, penyebabtarget produksi tidak tercapai disebabkan oleh kinerja mesin yang tidak optimal karena frekuensi kerusakan mesin yang tinggi dan usia pemakaian mesin yang sudah lama. Kondisi mesin tersebut menyebabkan downtime yang akan mengganggu produktivitas kerja pada mesin dalam melakukan proses produksi tidak maksimal. Penyelesaian permasalahan dapat dilakukan dengan evaluasi pengukuran efektivitas mesin menggunakan metode OEE dan ORE. Berdasarkan data kerusakan pada bulan November 2020 – Oktober 2021, mesin packer chronos 6 memiliki jumlah frekuensi kerusakan terbanyak, yaitu sebanyak 62 kali.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diperoleh nilai OEE sebesar 62.38% dan nilai ORE sebesar 52%. Nilai tersebut menunjukan rendahnya tingkat efektivitas mesin karena berada dibawah standar JIPM yaitu sebesar 85%. Berdasarkan hasil six big losses, jenis kerugian yang dominan adalah faktor reduced speed loss dan idling and minor stoppages loss dengan nilai sebesar 31.54% dan 20.92%. Hal ini mengakibatkan performance mesin rendah sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Usulan hasil perancangan berupa sistem pemeliharaan mesin berbasis dengan penerapan dua pilar TPM yaitu quality maintenance dan autonomous maintenance.Kata kunci - overall equipment effectiveness, overall resource effectiveness, six big losses, total productive maintenance
