Usulan Perancangan Perbaikan Mesin 334-WF1 Menggunakan Metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II dan Risk Matrix pada Line Produksi Narogong 2 di PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia-Narogong Plan

Abstrak

PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan produsen semen yang berada di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini memiliki beberapa plan produksi diantaranya, Cilacap, Narogong dan lainnya. Berdiri sejak 2019 PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia telah memiliki banyak peran aktif dalam pembangunan Indonesia. Bergerak dalam bidang produksi semen membuat PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia memiliki banyak mesin yang berhubungan dengan industri. Pada tahun 2019 hingga 2021, PT Solusi bangun Indonesia mengalami kerusakan pada mesin Weigh Feeder dan kerusakan ini membuat Downtime machine. Padahal akhir 3 akhir ini angka Ship out semen di PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia sedang mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya perawatan pada mesin tersebut dan tidak adanya komponen pengganti yang rusak tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis Reliability Centered Maintenance II dan Risk Matrix untuk memdapatkan kebijakan jadwal pemeliharaan mesin dan komponen cadangan pengganti untuk Fast Moving Parts yang optimal.
