Aplikasi Neurobliss Pembangkit Sinyal Enhanced Alpha Pada Eksperimen Neuropsikologi

Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan gangguan mental yang sering dialami mahasiswa dan dapat mengganggu keseimbangan psikologis, akademik, serta sosial. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi Neurobliss, perangkat lunak desktop yang memfasilitasi stimulasi gelombang otak alfa melalui musik relaksasi dan binaural beats. Stimulasi audio ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas gelombang alfa (8–13 Hz) yang berkaitan dengan relaksasi sekaligus menurunkan gelombang beta yang terkait stres dan kecemasan. Proses stimulasi dan monitoring menggunakan perangkat Muse EEG (Muse 2 dan Muse S) yang merekam sinyal listrik otak secara non-invasif. Data EEG diekspor dalam format CSV dan diproses dengan MATLAB, meliputi filtering dengan Band Pass Filter (0,5–60 Hz), konversi ke European Data Format, dekomposisi sinyal dengan Independent Component Analysis untuk menghilangkan artefak, serta analisis spektral menggunakan Fast Fourier Transform untuk memetakan distribusi daya pada pita frekuensi otak. Diharapkan stimulasi audio ini dapat meningkatkan daya gelombang alfa secara signifikan dan menurunkan kecemasan. Dengan demikian, Neurobliss menawarkan solusi teknologi untuk monitoring dan analisis EEG sekaligus menjadi alternatif intervensi dalam pengelolaan kesehatan mental mahasiswa.
