Perancangan Percepatan Jadwal Pada Proyek A PT XYZ Menggunakan Metode Crashing dan Pendekatan Prinsip Lean

Abstract

Keterlambatan dalam proyek menjadi permasalahan umum yang berdampak pada biaya, waktu, dan kualitas proyek. Proyek A mengalami deviasi sebesar 12.73% antara rencana dan realisasi proyek yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pengembangan produk kesehatan. Keterlambatan disebabkan karena adanya waste activity yang terdiri dari, waiting, defect, dan overprocessing. Dalam mengatasi keterlambatan tersebut dilakukan percepatan jadwal menggunakan metode crashing dan pendekatan prinsip lean serta menentukan durasi dan biaya proyek. Metode crashing digunakan melalui penambahan jam kerja dan penambahan tenaga kerja sedangkan prinsip lean digunakan untuk memperbaiki proses kerja pada proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa durasi proyek dapat direduksi sebesar 37.22% hari dengan kenaikan biaya sebesar 0.34%, menurunkan waste sebesar 40%, dan memperbaiki proses kerja dilakukan dengan memerhatikan dependency activity. Penelitian ini dapat mempercepat proyek dan memberikan model implementasi prinsip lean dalam perancangan jadwal secara sistematis.
